This service is required in a multitude of cleanup situations such as needle/sharps, blood and body fluid, animal faeces, gross filth/hoarding and crime scene clean and other harmful pathogens. Unlike standard home or business cleanup, biohazard cleanup is a service that requires industry experience, knowledge, specialized equipment, and cleaning techniques. Improper cleaning can lead to health and safety risks and can delay occupants re-entry. ETS’s 5 stage cleaning process: Assess, Control & Set Up, Remove, Clean/Disinfect & Deodorize, verify ensures the highest level of service and peace of mind to the customer.
- Assess: We complete an initial walkthrough of the property or affect the area
- Control & Setup: We use OSHA (Occupational Health & Safety Authority) cross-contamination protocols to contain the affected area and protect the surrounding unaffected areas.
- Remove: We remove all traces of blood and biological materials affected.
- Clean/Sanitize/Deodorize: After the removal stage, we clean, disinfect, and deodorize affected surfaces using EPA recognized products.
- Verify: Upon completion, we use Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) testing technology to guarantee hospital-level standards of disinfection.

Damp & Waterproofing
Rising damp occurs in buildings when moisture from the ground rises through the brick and mortar of the property. The water rises through the walls by capillary action and can cause serious structural damage over time. Rising damp symptoms can be identified by plaster and/or paint deterioration, water stains, metal corrosion and salt deposits. Rising damp can also adversely affect indoor air quality. ETS’s chemical injection method provides a water repellent barrier along the substrate capillaries blocking the moisture migration. Water ingress into a building can also occur through exterior walls and foundations. This can be due to high water tables, poor irrigation and outside grading or cracks and fractures along with the exterior envelope of the building. Once water ingress occurs, damage to the property, contents and air quality is likely.
